The 4 BAM16 Lamp designed for TEYKA by Ben Miley is a gutted propane tank fitted with a light bulb and dimmer and when installed is suspended by a metal conduit resembling a rubber gas hose.
4BAM16 Lamp

The 4BAM 16 lamp offers a second life to a propane tank as designer furniture through upcycling, and is a fantastic industrial lighting solution for a bar, restaurant, industrial loft or hipster apartment.

The spigot at the top turns the lamp On and Off when depressed, and acts as a dimmer when rotated. The shade is supported by rigid metal conduit, resembling a flexible rubber hose.

The off-cut of the cylinder bottom is inverted and used to mount the lamp to a standard electrical receptacle. The lamp accepts standard and dimmable CFL's, and incandescent bulbs, configures to hang at many heights, and comes in a variety of powder coat colors, or natural patinas.
